How Much Does a Website Cost in Northern Cyprus? (2026 Guide)
Real price ranges for business websites, what drives the cost, and the extras agencies forget to mention, written for companies in Northern Cyprus.

The short answer
There is no single price, because "a website" can mean a five-page business card or an online shop with hundreds of products. International pricing guides put simple brochure sites at roughly $500 to $2,000, professional builds at $3,000 to $15,000, and DIY builders at under $100 a year before you count your own time (WebsiteSetup, Appello). Those are ballpark figures from vendors, so use them as a map and not as a quote.
For a Northern Cyprus business the useful question is different: what do I get, by when, and what will it cost me every year after launch?
What actually decides the price
Five things move the price more than anything else:
- Number and type of pages. A homepage, services, about and contact page is a small job. Add a blog, a portfolio, booking or a product catalogue and the work grows.
- Design. A template with your logo is cheap. Original design built around your brand takes a designer's time.
- Features. Contact forms are easy. Online payments, customer accounts, booking systems and dashboards are separate pieces of software.
- Languages. If your customers speak Turkish and English, every page is written, checked and laid out twice. Plan for it from the start, it is much cheaper than adding it later.
- Content. Photos, copy and logo. If you do not have them, someone has to make them, and that is real work.
Typical price ranges
Use these as a sanity check when you compare quotes:
- DIY website builder: about $200 to $800 for the first year including a plan and domain, plus your own evenings. Fine for a side project, harder to make look professional.
- Freelancer or small studio, simple site: roughly $500 to $2,000.
- Agency business website: $3,000 to $15,000 is common internationally for professional builds.
- Online shop or custom system: from several thousand dollars upward, depending on what it must do.
Our own prices are public: a custom business website at DgtalBlend is a fixed $1,450 and ready in 10 days, and brand identity design is $800 in 7 days. You can see every package on the pricing page. We publish prices in US dollars, so the number you approve is the number you pay.
The costs nobody puts on the first page
Many quotes show only the build. Ask about these before you sign:
- Domain name. Usually around $10 to $20 a year. It must be registered in your name.
- Hosting. Anything from free to a few hundred dollars a year depending on traffic and speed.
- Maintenance. Software needs updates, security patches and backups. Estimates for agency sites range from hundreds to a few thousand dollars a year (WebWave).
- Content changes. Who updates your prices and photos, and what does it cost?
- Photography and copywriting. Good photos of your own business beat stock images every time.
Why a fixed price protects you
Hourly billing sounds fair until the project drifts. A fixed price forces a clear scope up front: what is included, how many revisions you get and the delivery date. If something is outside the scope, you hear it before the work starts, not on the final invoice.
A simple way to compare quotes
Put every quote in a table with the same columns: what is included, number of pages, languages, revisions, delivery date, who owns the domain and code, and the yearly cost after launch. The cheapest quote is rarely the cheapest once the missing items are added.
