What we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have, in plain language.

Last updated 4 October 2026

1. The short version

  • We collect only what we need to talk to you, build your project and take payment.
  • We do not sell your personal information.
  • The team building your project sees your project requirements, not your contact details.
  • Payments are made by bank transfer. We never see or store your card number.

2. What we collect

When you send a project request: your name, email address, WhatsApp number, project details, budget range, any files you attach and, if you book one, your chosen call time.

When you have a client account: your name, email, company name and phone if you provide them, your messages with the project team, and the files exchanged during your project.

When you pay: you transfer the money from your own bank and upload the transfer receipt, which may show your name, account details and the amount. The receipt is stored privately and only the DgtalBlend team can open it. We keep a record of the payment, the amount and an invoice reference. If card payments are offered, Paddle collects those payment and billing details.

Automatically: essential cookies that keep you signed in and remember your language. We do not use advertising cookies.

3. How we use it

  • To respond to your request, agree a proposal and run your project.
  • To take payments, issue invoices and keep financial records.
  • To send emails about your project, such as proposals, progress, messages and receipts.
  • To keep our service secure and prevent abuse.

4. Who we share it with

We use a small number of trusted service providers to run DgtalBlend: Supabase (database and authentication), Paddle (card payments, when offered), Resend (email), ImageKit (file storage and delivery, including private receipts and attachments) and our hosting provider. They process data on our behalf.

The specialists who build your project see what they need to do the work, such as scope and files. They are not given your email address or phone number.

We may disclose information where the law requires it.

5. How long we keep it

We keep project records and financial records for as long as your account is active and as long as accounting and legal obligations require. Project requests that never become a project are kept for a limited period and then deleted.

6. How we protect it

Access to data is restricted by role, connections are encrypted, project files and credentials are stored privately and shared only through short-lived secure links, and transfer receipts are stored privately and shown only to the team.

7. Your choices and rights

You can ask us to show you the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it where we are not required to keep it. Contact us and we will respond as soon as we can. You can also ask us to stop sending you non-essential emails.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy and will change the date above when we do. If a change is significant we will tell you by email.
