Refund Policy

A clear explanation of when a payment can be refunded.

Last updated 4 October 2026

1. Overview

Each project is paid in two parts. This page explains what happens to each part if something changes. Any refund we agree is paid back by bank transfer to the account you tell us, or, for a card payment, to your original payment method.

2. The first payment (50%)

Before work has started, you can ask for a full refund of the first payment.

After work has started, the first payment covers planning and production already carried out, so it is non-refundable. If we are unable to deliver the project, we will refund the part that does not correspond to work completed.

3. The final payment (50%)

The final payment is requested only after your project has been delivered and reviewed. Once it has been paid and your files are unlocked, it is non-refundable. If you believe the delivered work does not match the agreed scope, tell us before paying and we will put it right.

4. Monthly maintenance

You can cancel maintenance at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, and that period is not refunded.

5. If we cancel a project

If DgtalBlend cancels a project before delivery for a reason that is not caused by you, you will receive a refund for the part of the payments that does not correspond to work completed.

6. How to ask for a refund

Contact us through the contact page or reply to any email about your project, tell us the project reference and what has happened. We review every request individually and reply with a decision. Approved refunds are usually returned to your original payment method within a few working days of approval, depending on your bank.

7. Your legal rights

This policy does not affect any rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law.
