1. Who we are and what these terms cover
DgtalBlend (“DgtalBlend”, “we”, “us”) is a digital agency headquartered in Northern Cyprus (TRNC), with a branch in Bangladesh. We design and build brand identities, websites, mobile apps and motion & video for businesses.
These terms apply to your use of our website and client portal and to every project we agree with you. By accepting a proposal you agree to them.
2. How a project is agreed
You send us your project details through the Start Project form. We discuss your goals with you, then send a written proposal that sets out the scope of work, milestones, estimated delivery time and the price.
A proposal is an offer that is open until the expiry date shown on it. A project exists only once you accept the proposal and make the first payment. Prices on our website are published starting prices; the price in your accepted proposal is the price that applies to your project.
3. Prices and payments
Each project is paid in two one-time payments: 50% to start after you accept the proposal, and 50% on completion, when we request it after the work has been delivered and reviewed.
Payments are made by bank transfer to the DgtalBlend bank account shown in your client portal. After you transfer, you upload the receipt in your portal and we confirm the payment once the money reaches our account. An invoice for each confirmed payment is available in your client portal. Where card payments are offered, they are processed by Paddle, which acts as the merchant of record for those payments; we do not receive or store card details.
Prices exclude third-party costs such as domain names, hosting and app-store developer accounts, which you pay directly to those providers unless your proposal says otherwise.
4. Delivery and access to files
We keep you updated through your client portal, including progress updates and a chat with your project team. Estimated delivery times are good-faith estimates and depend on you providing the content, feedback and decisions we ask for in good time.
When the work is complete we request the final payment. Once it has been paid, your final files and access details become available to download from your client portal.
5. Changes to the scope
The scope in your accepted proposal is what we will deliver. If you ask for something outside it, we will tell you before doing the work and agree any change in scope, timing or price with you first.
6. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate information and the materials we reasonably need, such as text, images and logos.
- Make sure you have the right to use any content you give us.
- Keep your client portal login private.
- Respond to our questions and review requests in a reasonable time.
7. Ownership
Once all payments for a project have been made, the final deliverables are yours to use for your business. We may keep working files and may show the finished project in our portfolio, unless you ask us not to when you accept the proposal.
8. Monthly maintenance
After a project is completed you can optionally subscribe to a monthly maintenance plan. It renews monthly until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your client portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for.
9. Cancellation and refunds
Either of us may end a project that cannot continue, for example if materials or decisions are not provided for an extended time. Refunds are described in our Refund Policy.
10. Liability
We take care to deliver work that matches the agreed scope. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim relating to a project is limited to the amount you paid us for that project, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profit.
Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you accept a proposal applies to that project. The date above shows when this page was last changed.
